Terms and Conditions
All orders are accepted subject to the following Terms and Conditions (not withstanding any other conditions which may appear on Order Forms or Correspondence).
Net Wholesale Prices
These prices exclude VAT.
Prices
Prices and terms are subject to alteration without notice. All orders are accepted at prices current at date of despatch.
Delivery
Carriage paid on machine orders to the NETT value of £150 and over U.K. Only (Northern Ireland excluded).
Guarantee
All machines carry one year parts only warranty. Parts replaced under warranty claim must be returned to us to secure no charge replacements. We will not be held responsible for damage to machines caused by misuse.
Damage or Loss in Transit
The company will not be liable in respect of any damage to or discrepancy, shortage or loss in transit or any claim that the goods delivered do not otherwise comply with the contract unless the following conditions are satisfied:- (i) The customer shall endorse the carriers delivery ticket, noting any damage to packaging and the consignment note should be signed "unexamined" if any damage is suspected. (ii) Within 1 day of delivery advise the company in writing, by facsimile of any damage, discrepancy or shortage.
Returns
Goods supplied in accordance with order will not be accepted back for credit unless our specific approval has been obtained and the goods are then returned carriage free packed in their original carton or crate.
Illustrations, Descriptive Matter & Dimensions
These are typical and cannot be held as binding; we reserve the right to alter or vary with or without notice.
Lien
Not withstanding that credit has herein before been given for the payment of the price of the said goods the seller shall be entitled to retain possession thereof until payment. In addition to any right of lien to which the seller may in law be entitled, the seller shall (in the event of the buyers insolvency) be entitled to a general lien on all goods of the buyer which have been sold and delivered by the seller to the buyer and are in the buyers possession (although such goods or some of them may have been paid for) for the unpaid price of any goods sold and delivered to the buyer by the seller under the same or any other contract.
