Butchers' Blocks
All our blocks are 10"(250mm) thick to give added strength and to improve the stability of the block. We have dispensed with the need for a frame around the block and thus avoided the inevitable expansion cracks in a framed block.
Our blocks are manufactured from seasoned Hornbeam and do not require turning. The chopping surface is treated to prevent moisture absorption.

To guarantee a hygienic and durable butchers block, we strongly recommend cleaning with this specific butchers block brush (shown opposite).
- Cleans and dries the block.
- Eliminates working residuals and smooths the surface.
- Increases the lifetime of the butcher block.
